Absolutely unprofessional, can barely get a hold of them over the phone, don't respond to email enquiries. After finally managing to get through to them and book a viewing they rescheduled twice then told me the night before the viewing was cancelled because someone had made an offer. I was one of the first to book a viewing of the property so what could of happened in between?

With calming the situation and managing the difficult problems raised at times.

26 Oct 2021I had a viewing booked at 5PM for a property to rent they advertised on Rightmove as fully furnished at £ 725 pcm. At 4:53PM I was already on my way to view the flat, when I got a call from them saying that the price changed because I've asked for the property to be furnished and the new price was £ 800 pcm. Although I told them the property was already advertised as furnished, they even refused to meet me halfway at £ 750 pcm. Unfair trading, utter waste of time, I don't recommend.

2 Nov 2021When moving house the estate agents are a very important part of keeping a stress free part of the process. Vicki & Dan at Dixon’s Solihull we both excellent from beginning to end, we couldn’t fault them always professional and friendly with nothing too much trouble. We sold quickly and advised to used their Countrywide Conveyancing services, Simon Owen our solicitor was very efficient and things were dealt with in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and use again in the future.

Avoid at all costs.
I have never come across a bunch of lazy incompetent clowns in the years of buying and selling properties.
They do not and will not get back to you, all you get is an answer machine, will not progress any offers, how and why this company is still in business, I will never know?, shame on you Kings Heath Branch, you know in particular who this is referring to!….‘Talk the Talk….but has no idea how to ‘Walk the Walk’, waste of space, hang your hat up buddy and let the professionals do the job properly, rant over🤬

13 Jul 2020Dixons are one of the worst estate agents going. Nobody ever seems to know what they’re doing and pass you from person to person. Everyone is miserable and unfriendly. Extremely difficult to reach all of the time.
Had a survey booked in. they didn’t even bother to show up. Contacted them, they had no real reason, said they’d call back, never did.
Was also interested in purchasing a property which was a disaster. Couldn’t get hold of anyone. Nobody got back. Went in, again nobody had a clue what they were doing, passed from one clueless employee to the other. all of which were miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there.
Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, poor communications and frankly a shambles.

Since being in the house she is still on hand to answer any questions we have. I would certainly recommend Dixon’s for lettings based on my experience

23 Feb 2022RUDE AND UNWELCOMING START TO BIRMINGHAM
I spoke to a women from Dixons Estate Agent who was very rude and abrupt and super unhelpful. I contacted Dixons Estate Agent a few days ago regarding a property and never heard back, so I decided to call up today and get an update.
The women who had delt with my call was being very rude, did not let me speak about my query and cut me off. She was highly disrespectful and then hung up.
I am very disappointed with the service provide by Dixons Estate Agency, they are very rude to there customers, do not seem to want to help resolve query’s and seem think very little of the customers.
I would not recommend anyone to go to this estate agents as they do not seem to help.

27 reviews 9 Jun 2020Dixons Wolverhampton - Worst estate agents I have ever known as a landlord - AVOID. As landlord I expect professional and honest service especially when premium service fee charged.
To start with the tenancy has not been fully triggered; landlord’s signature (i.e. me) were pending and the keys were passed over to the tenant in rush. There is still shortfall in rent collected and actual rent agreed on tenancy agreement and its 8 months now, also still fully signed correct tenancy agreement is still pending.
Overcharged estate’s agent service fee for couple of months and it took far too much efforts to correct it, also their corporate compliant department is absolutely joke.
Worst, their local branch keeps sending surprise charges, fees every other month.
I don’t blame other landlords shunning traditional estate agents of these kind and moving towards online or take on this task themselves.

When I said I am not happy to do this before viewing the property as I am not sure if I want to place an offer on it yet, my viewing was cancelled. This is such a violation of privacy and lack of professionalism.
