You can get your daily or monthly BMTC bus pass from any of the drivers/conductors present on the bus or at any major bus stop in Bengaluru.

Step 1: Go to the BMTC website.
Step 2: Under the Online Services table, click on “Student Pass”.
Step 3: Click on “Student Pass Application Online”.
Step 4: Select the bus pass category you fall under.
Step 5: A new window will open where you will be required to fill in your personal details, including your bus travel route. Upload your passport sized photograph and institution fee receipt. Check the box and click on “Get OTP”.
Step 6: Enter the OTP that you will receive on your registered mobile number. You can choose to make your payment online or at the bus pass counter during your appointment. Your application number will be sent to your mobile number.
Step 7: Your application will be verified after which you can book an appointment using your application number. Bring a valid photo ID and a printout of your appointment slip to the bus counter to complete the process. Your photograph will be taken at the counter and an official will check your details after which you will receive your bus pass.
